Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of all your personal and financial data from Poiiints at any time. We are committed to respecting your data privacy and will process deletion requests promptly.
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
- •In-App: Go to Settings and select "Delete Account" to initiate an immediate deletion of all your data.
- •Email: Send a deletion request to epmckasson@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- •Your account information (email address, session data)
- •All stored transaction data
- •Plaid access tokens and connection data
- •All optimization history and preferences
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
Third-Party Data
Disconnecting your bank accounts through Plaid can be done in the app settings. For additional control over data shared with Plaid, visit Plaid's consumer portal.
