By accessing or using Credit Card Points Optimizer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service analyzes credit card transaction data to provide rewards optimization insights. It helps identify which credit card earns the most rewards for each purchase category.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We access transaction data via Plaid's Transactions API. We do not store bank credentials. All financial data is used solely for the purpose of providing optimization insights.

The Service provides informational insights only and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
